Good old place with pleasant hotel staff. Very central location to the park Chicago art museum. Close to the center of the city and park and easy to get anywhere in Chicago from the location as the train stops and the railway line.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city, as it is right near Millennium Park and close to everything in the loop. You can easily find shops and eateries nearby. The view of the park is also great, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The carpets in the room were dirty and grimy, and some of the fixtures in the bathroom were broken.

All in all everything was good, had a such great stay of 7 nights. The staff were accommodating and offered us a practical room even with a thermostat in our unit. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. We loved this stay.
